Cancellations and Payments

1. Cancellation policy: Written cancellation received before 06 March 2023: a full refund less a 20% administration fee, written cancellation received between 06 March 2023 and 21 April 2023: a full refund less a 50% administration fee, cancellations after 22 March 2023: No refunds made.
2. All delegate booking fees must be paid in full prior to the event to avoid access being denied. Please note we do not accept cash or cheque payment.
3. If your company uses Purchase Order Numbers, please supply this at the time of booking.

Substitute delegates

1. Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge but we require you to advise us of any substitutions (including full contact details, and dietary and accessibility requirements no later than 14 April 2023.

Membership

1. You may choose to become a NAPLIC member as part of the conference booking process and to receive membership discount on your booking. Your membership fee will be charged at this point. (If your application for membership is later refused the discount will no longer be applicable).

Photography/Filming at the event

1. Photography and filming will occur throughout the event. These images and videos will be used by NAPLIC and may be published on our website and social media.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. NAPLIC is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The information you provide to us when you make the booking will be used by NAPLIC and the appointed contractor, to arrange and administer the event. Events outside our control

1. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the Conference, the identity of the speaker or the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the Conference being cancelled, we will refund you the registration fee, if applicable), but we will not be liable to you for any other costs or losses, whether direct or indirect.
2. Should we be unable to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to causes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, epidemic or pandemic, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue/hotels, we will not be liable to you for this.
