The 2010 NAPLIC conference will take place at Lakeside Centre, Aston University, Birmingham on Saturday April 24th 2010
NAPLIC held a very successful day conference entitled Transition Matters: Meeting the needs of children and young people with SLCN at Aston University on 24 April 2010. The speakers were Sue Roulstone, Anne Ayre, Nicola Botting, Angela Everett, Christina Barnes, Helen Jones, Jan Griffiths, Wendy Lee, Angie Rutter and Amy Duck. PowerPoint presentations from the day are now available below for a limited period to 30 June 2009. After this date papers from the conference will be available to buy individually or on CD from this website.
The next NAPLIC weekend residential conference and AGM will take place of the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd April 2011 at Warwick University. Jean Gross, the Communication Champion and members of the Better Communication Action Plan Research Team have already agreed to speak at conference. Further details of this event will be posted on this website later in the summer.
